We joined forces with Selçuk Youth Football School
Selçuk, a district of İzmir known for its historical and cultural heritage, also stands out for the importance it gives to youth football. Selçuk Youth Football School is one of our visionary clubs, presenting football to children not just as a sport but as a tool for discipline, character and development.
The club was looking for innovative methods to develop the technical skills of its younger players and make them better equipped individually. That is exactly where our paths crossed, and the Teknikmat Football Mat became part of Selçuk Youth Football School’s training system.
Children will now keep improving their technique at home too
Thanks to this partnership, the young players of Selçuk Youth Football School can continue their development at home after training. Teknikmat’s special programme of 4 tiers, 8 levels and 160 Pro Football Training Videos was prepared by UEFA licensed coaches. Planned for each age group, it helps children develop core football abilities such as technical skill, ball control, coordination, conditioning, agility, reaction and speed at home.
With individual sessions of only 20–30 minutes a day, 5 days a week, children have fun while reinforcing game discipline through individual training. As a result, their performance on the pitch improves visibly.

We would especially like to thank coach Erkan of Selçuk Youth Football School for his hospitality, interest and warm welcome during our visit. He gave us the chance to introduce the Teknikmat Football Mat to the young players and their parents. On the training pitch we shared the children’s excitement and, with a hands-on demonstration the parents watched with curiosity, showed once again how effective and fun our product is.
Coach Erkan’s visionary approach, his focus on individual development in youth football and his love for children showed us how right this partnership was.
