This weekend we visited Mesev Youth and Sports Club, the first and only women’s football team in İzmir’s Menderes area, and brought some colour to their training. We presented the Teknikmat Football Mat we made especially for women footballers and, together with the team’s coach Davut and his tremendous energy, explained the details of the training system that will support the Mesev Youth women’s team after their sessions.
Teknikmat: a powerful tool for women footballers
Teknikmat was designed to take the technical skills, reaction times, coordination and conditioning of our young female players to the next level. We showed the Mesev Youth players, hands-on, how 30 minutes of daily work at home with Teknikmat can make a big difference to their performance on the pitch.
The training system aims to make players faster, more agile and more in control on the pitch, taking them to the next level.
Teknikmat’s wide range of training videos with memory techniques for structured learning, and its different training modules, are key elements supporting the development of women footballers.
Regular training on the mat lets players improve across a wide range, from basic motor skills to advanced technical moves. Teknikmat also helps players act more strategically and confidently on the pitch.
Teknikmat for the future of women footballers
Teknikmat plays a key role in the development of women footballers. The mat helps young female athletes build discipline and make a difference on the pitch. Pioneering women’s teams like Mesev Youth aim to take their players’ performance to the highest level with what Teknikmat offers.
Finally, we thank coach Davut for his hospitality and support during this valuable visit. Contributing to the growth of women’s football and standing by young talents is a great source of pride for us.
